In an interview with Al Jazeera, former US-backed Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaidó denounced interim president Delcy Rodríguez, accusing her of being a “dictator” and cartel leader. Guaidó declared himself interim president in 2019 after Nicolás Maduro was sworn in for a second term.
