The Hague is listening to another case against Israel in what could be an Israeli challenge test of international law.

The International Court of Justice celebrates hearings this week to determine what responsibilities Israel has to ensure that the aid reaches the Palestinians in the territory it occupies.

But Israel has demonstrated in the past that it has no problem ignoring international law or judicial sentences.

Presenter: Crazy Bahhibault

Guests:

Sam Rose – Interim Senior Director, UNRWA Affairs in Gaza

Michael Lynk – Human Rights Lawyer and Professor Emeritus, Law Faculty, Western University in London, Ontario

Gideon Levy – Columnist, Haaretz newspaper
