Trade has virtually come to a standstill on the border between Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo as Ebola-related restrictions leave trucks stranded and perishable goods spoil. Traders say they are suffering heavy losses as authorities tighten measures to prevent the virus from crossing into Uganda.
