Ukraine dismisses the report or the loss of Kursk as a ‘trick’ propaganda.

Russia said his forces have completed the ancestry of the Kursk region, eight months after the Ukrainian army broke into the Russian territory into a counteroffensive surprise, but Ukrainian officials quickly rejected the claim.

Russia’s military cabinet chief Valery Gerasimov turned the statement into a videoconference with President Vladimir Putin on Saturday, saying that the Russian troops had “released” the last village in Kursk under Ukrainian control: Gorn.

“The adventure of the Kyiv regime has failed completely,” Putin told Gerasimov.

The Ukraine Army immediately played the claim, saying that its soldiers are still operating in Kursk parts.

“The statements of enemy leadership about the ‘defeat’ of Ukrainian troops are nothing more than propaganda tricks,” said Ukraine Cabinet Chief in a position on Telegram.

However, the recognized battlefield position of Ukraine in the territory, where Russian forces have obtained stable profits in recent months, is “difficult.”

kyiv has tried to use its control over the earth in Kursk as a lever in future peace conversations with Russia, which has seized parts of the east and southern Ukraine since Putin ordered large -scale invasion in February 2022.

Moscow praises ‘heroism’ or North Korean troops

When announcing the Russian advance, Gerasimov also paid tribute to the North Korean troops fighting with the Russians, Moscow’s first official recognition of his role in the conflict.

He praised “heroism” or North Korean soldiers in Kursk, saying that “they tried significant assistance to defeat the group of Ukrainian armed forces.”

According to the intelligence agencies of South Korea, more than 10,000 North Korea soldiers were sent to Russia last year to help Moscow fight against Ukraine forces there.

Ukraine states that he has captured and questioned several of the North Korean soldiers fighting in the territory.

Kursk’s Russian recaptured claimed occurred when the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zenskyy, discussed the efforts to reach a “high and unconditional fire” with the president of the United States, Donald Trump, outside the funeral of Pope Francis in the Vatican.

The Kremlin on Saturday also said that Putin is ready to “resume negotiations with Ukraine without previous conditions.”

The Russian troops are now on the border and are threats of Poef for the Ukrainian region of Sumy, where Moscow has carried out incursions in recent weeks.
