Reia National Awards for winners of excellence:Induced of the Hall of Fame

A real estate legend in southern Australia has been crowned by the best residential seller of the nation, and two other South Australians induced to the Hall of Fame, one in a historic first, in the most prestigious property awards of the nations.

Matt Smith, by Klemich Real Estate, was appointed last night residential seller of the year in the National Awards of the Real Institute of Assets of Australia par excellence, an annual event that collects the people and agencies of greater performance throughout the country.

Held this year in Adelaide Oval in southern Australia, the event saw seven awards were allocated to individuals or agencies of southern Australia, and the only two inductions of the Hall of Fame for the night are allocated to the locals: Harrris Real Estate for Tharing Laring Residential (2022-24), and Nikki Katz for Broker Business Business of the year during the year during the year same years.

Mrs. Katz, in fact, has won the prize five times.

“This award from the Hall of Fame means a lot to me,” says Katz.

“It is a symbol of something more than just success: it marks a change in who leads, who Innova and who defines the future of commercial corporations in Australia.”

The president of Reia, Leanne Pilkington, said that the induction of Mrs. Katz to the Reia Hall of Fame was a historical moment for the industry.

“Nikki’s success demonstrates the power of a challenging convention, and now stands out as an inspiration for the next generation of leaders, specific to women, in the real estate and commercial sectors,” he said.

Mrs. Pilkington said that the caliber of the competition was the strongest that had seen it.

“These awards celebrate the best in our professional, those who establish the reference point nationwide,” Pilkington said.

“It is a will of the strength and diversity of the real estate industry in Australia.”

The executive director of the Real State Institute of Australia del Sur, Andrea, said the awards were a clear indication that the industry is directed in the right direction.

“They recognize and celebrate all the good of the real estate professional,” he said.

“Every night, all finalists and winners are ambassadors worthy of the entire profession.”

New Zealand proved to be the country to win when it comes to auction talent, with the winners of both categories of Australian auction championships, which was a hero in the last two days, both from the land of the long white cloud.

Mark McGoldrick was crowned as the general winner, with Tama Emery taking out the rookie championship.

The main judge Matt Smith said that the caliber of the field was outstanding, and the New Zealand showed that the clear leaders when it comes to the art of the auction.

“They establish the standard and are very good in what they do and are phenomenal in their numbering.

“Hit them, that will be the challenge ahead, but we will certainly be doing our best.”
