NFL mock draft 2026: Introducing next year’s class with 5 QBs in first-round

While we put an arc in the NFL 2025 draft, we have to understand that the NFL Draft cycle never sleeps. While the teams bring their newer members, the explorers are once again on the road looking at the 2026 prospects. We will look at 2026, which has a class with a lot of promise. In general, I am excited by this group. There are a handful of pure offensive tacle in this class on the board, types that could stay in the NFL Tackle. Leading the group is the Tackle of Miami Francis Mauigaa, a large and powerful player who shows agile feet in the pass and race game. Mauigaa also did this as a first -year student:

In addition, there are types like Caleb Lomu of Utaah and Kadyn Alabama. Both are massive individuals, Lomu could be a better pass protector, but both will be draft selections of the early round this time next year. Throughout the defensive line, the star is Clemsson Dt Peter Woods, but do not sleep with her teammate TJ Parker in Edge. He is an explosive player out of the ball, but is well built to endure in the race game. In addition, I am a great admirer of Keldric Faulk by Auburn. He plays on a front that is not useful for edge development, but is powerful and long, and is a shocking defender.

I know we are still in 2025, but Auburn dl Keldric Faulk (#15) will be in my top 10 of the Big Big 2026. Length, power, disruptive pic.twitter.com/bxg7ysgfu8

QBs are promising, but many question signs

If I had to use a word to describe this QB class, I would use the word “promising.” I think that the general athletic talent of this class is much better than 2025, but each of these QB needs refinement in its own way. However, the QB1 of this draft so far is not who you expect. The Transfer Ring to Indiana from Cal, Fernando Mendoza has many similarities with the QB Drake Maye of the Patriots, from its mechanics to some of the Wow launches it does. I think his reaction time is really fast, and he has the processing both inside and off his pocket to make crazy pitches.

Behind him, I have sellers from Lanorris from South Carolina. It is not a date to declare at the end of the next season (he is a second year student of a red shirt), but it is a supremely talented and athletic QB whose best feature is maniouverity inside and outside the pocket. It is impossible to reach the ground, using its 6’3 framework, 242 pounds to shake the defensive rulers. I think you have to improve the accuracy of your short area, but I am willing to your tools.

I am not going to publish too many things from Draft 2026 to May, but this has too unreal bone to not share.

The next QB behind him have seen a lot: Klubnik de Clemson’s Gift, Garrett Nussmeier of LSU and Drew Allar de Penn State. Nussmeier intrigues me more, who shares many similarities with smaller passersby with confidence throwing the ball down like Shideeur Sanders. I am a little worried about its athletic potential, but it can reign in some of the chaotic plays, it could end very high (anyway, your father is Doug Nussmeier, oc of the new saints, Whooo). Drew Allar also intrigues me, with prototypical size and arm resistance. However, its ball placement comes and comes when it looks when the work is not dressed for it, it will really be under fire.

If you notice, I don’t have Texas QB Arch Manning here. Not because I don’t like the talented and the player’s athletic. However, he only has a handful of repetitions to really judge him, so I want to see a full season as a starter. I would be surprised that it is comfort in 2027.

Among this QB group, some types that I like did not reach the best 32: Eli Holstein of Pitt, Dary Mensah, which is currently in Duke and Aidan Chiles from Michigan State.

Planting my flag on an eligible receiver in the air

This next kind of receiver is interesting. There are not many safe types, but I am a great admirer of Denzel Boston in Washington, who opens the cycle like my WR1. However, I am planting my flag in the wide Brezut de Notre Dame, Jaden Greathouse, is the second best receiver in this class. He plays very similar to Emeka Egbuka, mainly aligned in the slot but winning with a soft route in operation and speed inside and outside his breaks. It is also strong after capture, ending first among all Notre Dame receptors in yards after capture. In fact, he led the Irish in yards receivers as well. If you can show that ability to win abroad, as well as in the slot, you will hear your name much more.

This class LB out of the ball is funny

There are two supporters out of the ball in my Big Board 2026, but both are really fun clocks. Leading it is Georgia LB CJ Allen, who continues the tendency of the defenders of the monsters entering the League from Athens. His ability to examine traffic among tacoled combined with the explosive downhill is quite surprising to see. You can go side by side and be a factor like a passes corridor, which makes it a fun modern supporter.

Texas LB Anthony Hill Jr. is similar, but Hill has a second crazy team in the space that has not done so, while everything is better among the cups. Hill is a blur that comes downhill, aligned on the edge and out of the ball like a bombing. As the NFL adds more supporters that can bombard or fall into coverage to keep them in the field, Hill and all will be main players in the 2026 draft class.
