Kim Keon-Hee is in trial for three charges related to corruption and stock manipulation.

The former first lady of South Korea, Kim Keon-Hee, has appeared in the Court for her first hearing in a corruption trial that involves bribery and manipulation of shares.
With his partial face covered with a mask and wearing the number of re -compañeros, 4398, Kim, 53, was taken to the Central District Court of Seoul on Wednesday from Detention, where she had a leg hero since August 12.

Kim becomes the first spouse of a former president to be tried after she was accused of violating the law of capital markets, the law of political funds and a law on the acceptance of bribes for mediation.
The position of the former First Lady under the Capital Markets Law is related to the claims that she conspired with former Deutsch Motors chief, a BMW dealership and a nearby associate to manipulate the prices of the company’s shares and make Yilly win.

Kim’s second position is based on accusations that she and her husband, overthrown, President Yoon Suk-Yool, received free opinion surveys from a self-encaled energy corridor, for free, before the 2021 elections, which they won.
However, the compensation of free surveys was ensuring the nomination of the representative of the former People’s Party, Kim Young-Sun, for a partial election later that year.
The final position of Kim, related to corruption, is connected to its alleged acceptance of luxury bags and jewels of the Unification Church in 2022.
The church head, Hak-Ja, was arrested Tuesday for bribing Kim, a claim that Han and his church have denied.
Meanwhile, Yoon is also in trial for his failed attempt to impose martial law in the country in December or last year.
