Quantum Computing Company Qedma, founded by Dr. Asif Sinay of the Weizmann Institute, Prof. Dr. Dorit Aharonov, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and Dr. Netanel Lindner of Technion – Institute of Technology of Israel, has raised $ 23 million in a round directed by Glorot Capital, and with the participation of the former partner of the IBM company, TPY Capital and Korean investment partners.

The round is narrower than those of Quantum Machines and Classiq, which together recently raised almost $ 300 million, but qedma is a younger company, and the current round is a round.
Qedma is a software company that has developed algorithms that help overcome the greatest challenge in quantum computing, which is the high errors rate in basic computing units, “quubits”, white in semiconducos. The high error rate, or “noise” is that it is known in the industry, is a product of the microscopic scale in which quantum operations take place.
To erase the noise in physical quubits, Qedma uses a mechanism based on the optimization of measurements transported over time, one after another, so that computing can be slightly slower, but averages a level of precision. The collaboration with IBM has gone for four years. Qedma carries out tests on a quantum IBM computer that costs millions of dollars, and is one of the three companies that have been given access to the IBM quantum operating system, along Algorithmiq of the Finnish company and Q-Ctrl of Australia. The collaboration with IBM has now matured in investment.
Dr. Sinay, who works as CEO of Qedma, believes that the “quantum threshold”, in which the quubits will become “clean” sufficiently so that a quantum computer can carry out computing tasks with more power than existing super -feet. “IBM published its map until 2029, and other companies, such as Quantinuum, Quera and Ionq, are in advanced stages of processes that will allow us WILIALTASTASTASTASTASTTABETMASTASTASTASTASTMASTAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGEGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGEGAGEGAGAGAGAGEGAGEGAGEGAGAGEGAGA GegageGAGEGAGEGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGES.
