A leftist judge in Sawyer County, Wisconsin, threatens a court boycott after a fellow judge was accused of protecting an illegal foreigner from federal authorities.
Judge Monica Isham issued a strongly written email to the judges throughout her state, presenting their plans, Fox News reported Sunday.
