Life can be stressful.

Work, invoices, relationships, economy, love, family … The list continues!

There are many things we can do to relax, such as changing our diet, exercise more frequently, sleeping more and improving our balance between work and life.

But sometimes we need to make more to make changes at home.

Sometimes we need a break.

And one of the best ways to do it?

You guessed it: Travel!

Traveling can cool us.

It is like a waiting time for the life you have in primary school, but this time more fun. I slow down, it makes us stop and smell the roses, and create a small change in the normal patterns of our lives.

It is not so much “fleeing their responsibilities”, since it is time to refresh you and give you a mental and physical rest.

Traveling is a proven and true way to restart when it feels low or simply needs a new perspective. It is an incredible tool for personal development and a wonderful vehicle for self -reflection and growth.

Whether I take a weekend, a week, one month or a year, simply leave and do something different can refer your batteries. The emotion, fun and the new places you will see can give it more energy and focus it again. You will have the opportunity to meet excellent people and even disconnect and disconnect if necessary.

Think about it: When you travel, you are far from stress in your life. You are in a new environment. There are many things to see and do, people to know, places to go and fun challenges to overcome. You can release, relax and hug new habits or perspectives. In short, you can be a new you.

And you have maximum freedom when you travel and freedom is the most liberating experience and without stress that exists.

When focusing on your mental health when you travel, you can return to work and your responsibilities with the new approach and commitment, because you have clarified your head.

But is the trips not exhaustive? Doesn’t a ton or planning and savings require?

If you believe in television ads for elegant vacations, then sure. A vacation can cost a fortune.

Fortunately, just a small travel fraction is so.

Traveling can be super affordable: you can even do it for less than $ 50 USD per day.

With the increase in points and miles, credit cards that sacrifice points/miles, cheap flight offers and the shared economy, never has cheaper to travel the world with a budget.

In addition, you can find a new passion or opportunity that would never have been presented. There are also tons of work opportunities abroad, so you can work while traveling if you wish.

In his book The four -hour work weekTim Ferriss talks about the idea of mini retirement.

Most of us work towards retirement, that moment when we can sit, relax and do what we want to do the place of what we have to do. But by the time many of us arrived there, we could not have the money, or health, to do that. After all, there is no guaranthesis in life.

We may never reach retirement.

That is why I say: Do not postpone your dreams for a future that never comes.

That’s why I say: now it is the best time to travel, because you don’t know what the future holds.

I have seen friends who get sick and become work and companies collapsed. The past is not a prologue and if Covid has taught us something, it is that life and society can change in a hat.

Do not be reckless and accumulate debts to travel. But if you need a change, look at the open road. The whiteboard’s white trip gives you that it allows you to work in yourself and enjoy life. No one looks back and says: “If I had only worked more.”

All of us because to make the most of our time here. Stop delaying all those things you really want to do and just do them. Do not let your travel dreams remain only dreams, make your goals.

Then, the next time I have visions of white or climbing beaches, Mount Everest, starts making them happen.

Don’t let yourself be wondering what could have been. Life is too short.
