Rafael Advanced Defense Systems is ready to lease a large logistics center near one of its existing offices, has learned “globes.” A voltage voltage of the Logistics Center of thousands of square meters for Tidhar and Harel (75%) and Delek Group (25%) will be built.

“Globes” understands that Rafael’s rent will pay is 22 million per year, for 25 years, for a total of more than 500 million. As part of the company’s expansion, due to the great growth in the defense industries, Rafael has decided to merge several logistics complexes in a center to build in Akko. Rafael is the largest employer in northern Israel, and the choice of location comes from its proximity to the David Institute in the Bay of Haifa, the main floor in the company’s production division.
