Rafael to lease Akko logistics center for NIS 500m

Rafael Advanced Defense Systems is ready to lease a large logistics center near one of its existing offices, has learned “globes.” A voltage voltage of the Logistics Center of thousands of square meters for Tidhar and Harel (75%) and Delek Group (25%) will be built.

“Globes” understands that Rafael’s rent will pay is 22 million per year, for 25 years, for a total of more than 500 million. In June, Rafael announced that he will buy 6.5 floors in the Cosmopolitan project in the Hassan Arafa district of Tel Aviv de Acro Real Estate, Phoenix Financial, Yuvalim, City Boy and Shabbat Moshe for Nis 521 million.
