In a clinical environment, the experience of attention, delivered through a complex series of interactions is. From personnel points, facilities, services and the processes that coordinate the subject, these interactions can have a significant impact on the patient’s experience.

In a modern hospital, the choreography of digital information systems of the installation and often mediate the thesis interactions. And, as hospital care evolves, digital information systems become even critical to facilitate and optimize the patient and staff experience.

We are all looking for a better and more support experience for our patients and personnel. However, digital systems are often fragmented and underutilized. This limits our ability to create a broad and coordinated transformation. Unfortunately, the link between technology and experience has been too difficult to translate into digital medical care transformations. That is, until now.

Make a real impact

Consider how powerful it would be clearly to understand how to offer better experiences of patients and suppliers and identify the technological abilities necessary to achieve that transformation.

This information is now notable through extensive research and results of real world applications in an innovative and practical framework. The information infrastructure to experience the framework (IIV) describes how medical care providers can offer better patients and suppliers experiences with a highly distilled approach. It also provides continuous orientation for future technology and experience decisions as the needs of the organization evolve.

The opportunity is clear. We need a fundamental change in thinking about how our information and information infrastructure systems can better support the transformation of the patient’s experience and the supplier.

We recommend that you learn more about the IIFE framework and how it can be applied in the medical care environment reading our newest article, ‘designing a better patient experience through information systems’ and the magazine article reviewed by published peers published.
